The type of personal information we collect:

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)
  • Financial information entered by you on TicketSource will not be stored either by Biggar Arts or by TicketSource. TicketSource’s own privacy policy can be viewed here.

How we get the personal information and why we have it:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You have been in touch with us
  • You have purchased tickets for an Arts at Loaningdale event via TicketSource
  • You have signed up to be on our email mailing list.

We may need to pass your information to other people and organisations that provide the service, for example, our booking office agent (Ticket Source) and our email marketing service provider (“MailChimp”) to update mailing list subscribers on our latest news and activities. These providers are obliged to keep your details securely and use them only to fulfil your request.

We will never pass on your personal details to a third party without your explicit consent, unless legally required to do so or where permitted under the DPA or GDPR.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

  • Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting info@artsatloaningdale.org
  • If we have a legitimate interest. We may need to contact you about any changes to events for which you have purchased tickets.

How we store your personal information :

Your information is securely stored.

Email addresses registered to our mailing list will remain on it indefinitely; anyone who has subscribed to our mailing list is free to unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link on the email footer. We will also keep personal information including names, telephone numbers and email addresses not registered to the mailing list for twelve months. We will then delete your information.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
